I’m a carrier, going on 6 years in Glendale (which I told him so he knows I have prior knowledge) and had questions about their policies/requirements for a new lock and he did not want to hear it, he was so irritated with my questions. Soon as I asked if he had an issue with my questions he said someone else will help me. No apologies after I asked if there’s an issue, horrible customer service.

However, this time my friend sent a large box using a different courier, UPS. UPS shows the package as delivered, but I never received it. My friend filed a claim, and UPS provided proof of delivery showing a USPS employee’s signature. I’m hoping we can determine what happened and locate who received the package.
