  I came in very confused about sending documents to my employer. I was helped by Laticha . She was very kind and patient. She walked me through the process and personally handed me the confirmation. I am having a wonderful stress free weekend 🥳🥳🥳

  I can see why their reviews are so low I walked in excited to deliver my first package already looked like they have their job and don’t want to help as soon as I walked in😂I asked and stated it was my first package and I’m a bit confused they looked annoyed and didn’t even care to help or explain anything I just walked right out bc I’ll figure it own on my own than having strangers making me feel stupid😭

  I hate that this is the closest UPS store because the efficiency is awful and some of the staff are so rude. Most notably is the woman that works there. She is always so mean for absolutely no reason. It’s like her goal is to embarrass you and go on a power trip. The younger men have always been pleasant and helpful. The self service kiosk is awesome when you’re actually allowed to use it. I will take the time at home to prepay for labels in order to save time at the store but the woman always says I can’t use it for some larger packages. What’s the point of these kiosks then? For larger packages they always let me scan it and then put it on the counter at other locations but she refuses. Am I wrong that it would save everyone time and frustration? I can see why this shop has such a low rating. No one is ever happy when going there.

  UPS has an app yet the UPS partnership store has know idea how to use the app or know nothing off an app. Kevin is the owner who is elder and doesn’t know how to retrieve purchases to their store from the app yet dismissive and not willing to learn how to utilize new aged operations like Apps for the company that he is representing. Don’t come to this store if you need online or app service they are not trained and unwilling to go above and beyond to get information on how to utilize it.
