- SASerena Aquino2 days ago1.0First time living in Laveen and needed a lock change, clerk with curly hair and freckles was extremely rude and condescending soon as I had questions. I’m a carrier, going on 6 years in Glendale (which I told him so he knows I have prior knowledge) and had questions about their policies/requirements for a new lock and he did not want to hear it, he was so irritated with my questions. Soon as I asked if he had an issue with my questions he said someone else will help me. No apologies after I asked if there’s an issue, horrible customer service.

However, this time my friend sent a large box using a different courier, UPS. UPS shows the package as delivered, but I never received it. My friend filed a claim, and UPS provided proof of delivery showing a USPS employee’s signature. I’m hoping we can determine what happened and locate who received the package.

Not everyone's experience is the same and how you treat people reflects back, keep that in mind everyone!
