However, this time my friend sent a large box using a different courier, UPS. UPS shows the package as delivered, but I never received it. My friend filed a claim, and UPS provided proof of delivery showing a USPS employee’s signature. I’m hoping we can determine what happened and locate who received the package.

People are very rude. All I needed to do was drop off a prepaid package and I was told to go to the back of the line.BS! I keep getting accused of cutting in line and I’m sick of it.
