The Lake Havasu Post Office has to be the best, the friendliest, most efficiently run post office we have ever been to! A joy to go to and always able to get things done feeling good about it! Thank you!!

First of all, I would like to commend all the employees at the postal facility at 1750 McCullough Blvd. N for their never ending assistance with my mailing needs. However, on October 10, 2025, I attempted to mail an oversized letter using the self-serv machine in the lobby, after closing hours and I hit a big snag! I did not receive a prepaid label that I had paid for and was thoroughly frustrated because I really had to get this card going! Della, the janitor came into the lobby and called someone and got things rolling. Next, Dustin, one of the clerks, was leaving for the day and when he came out, he was able to pursue what might be going on. Raynette, the supervisor, came out and was able to help too. Anyway, between the efforts of these three dedicated employees, they came through and got my letter sent to its destination. We were all happy by the outcome. Kudos to all!

I simply can’t trust that they do what they are supposed to do. My mail is always going missing, being delivered somewhere else. I have gone to the post office 7 times in person to pick up important packages before they have a chance to screw it up. This is now the 18th time I have had a package say it’s delivered and be gone to the ether. I’m sure it’ll be fun sorting this out later. Again.
