- KPKari PDec 19, 20255.0Absolutely wonderful experience everytime I go here. The staff goes above and beyond to be welcoming. I have two toddlers and they even helped calm my boys while I filled out something. Shout out to Jenna especially - she is fantastic at her job, remembering her customers and providing service with a beautiful smile. She went above and beyond during my last trip there (less than a week before Christmas). I really appreciate all the staff there. They are doing everything right!

- ARAlora ReidNov 28, 20251.0Every single time that I’ve had a package delivered through UPS they have always had to either reschedule my package for delivery because I wasn’t home when I clearly was and they also don’t even attempt to deliver the packages. I will literally watch them put a slip in my mailbox saying that I was not home to pick up the delivery package And it’s just frustrating. That’s not great customer service at all. I now have to go again to pick up another package because once again, whoever is working my route has refused to get out of their vehicle and just set it by my front door. When I logged in to track my package, it said that I had requested to pick it up at the office when I didn’t when I was expecting it to come in today and had been waiting all day for to come in only for whoever works my route to decide on my behalf that I did not want it in person that I wanted my package to stay there until I’m able to pick it up which is kinda hard as a full-time working mom. Edit I would like to clarify that it’s the delivery for usps not in store. The inside people are honestly quick and efficient.
