I was denied an appointment for a passport photo, although I had an appointment scheduled. The very rude woman employee did NOT let me show her my email verification. Then she told me I had to bring in my birth certificate although I had sent a copy of my birth certificate to gov+ I drove a three hour round trip from Meadview for nothing! I scheduled an appointment in Boulder City USPS instead. This woman THINKS she’s can mistreat anyone. If possible, try to avoid this nightmarish place!

The call center is ridiculous. Like literally. The automated system is designed to piss you off so you hang up.

We waited over an hour in line to submit two change-of-address forms that were placed at the register, not with the self-service forms. Only after reaching the counter were we told we didn’t need to be in line at all. What made this especially frustrating was the lack of management support. As one employee went to lunch and the line continued to grow, the manager remained behind a register coaching another employee instead of opening the third register or stepping in to help. Based on conversations in line, this appears to be a recurring issue with management, not a one-time problem. Better organization and active management during busy periods would prevent situations like this.

I'd give this place ZERO STARS if I could. First, my package was delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS. Thankfully, my neighbor's package was MISTAKENLY DELIVERED to me, so we were able to just swap. Second, a Christmas card was returned to me today marked UNDELIVERABLE. I verified the address with the business today, and the address DOES IN FACT, EXIST. Third, my wife's son has not lived here for over 6 months. He purchased a P.O. Box and forwarded his mail, but yet, they still deliver his mail here. The employees at this post office branch are INCOMPETENT and should all be REPLACED!!!!
