  Less than zero. Rude employees, they never actually attempt to deliver packages nor do they leave a notice that you have something at the post office. Watch your email and delivery notice from whom you purchase from so you can got to this post office and beg them for your packages-provided they weren’t ’lost’(stolen by them) since they don’t give you the attempted delivery slip. I feel for Amazon, Temu and Walmart when they send my stuff this way because it never gets received and they have to replace it. God bless Fed Ex and UPS

  I've had a package sitting in a package box for 5 days now and the key to access that box won't open the box (due to a bad lock im assuming). I've gone into the post office here and filled out a complaint form to have them do something about it because our while street has had issues for a long time with this specific box but it seems to fall on deaf ears. Makes me wonder who is to be held accountable for situations like this, I just want my items that I've paid money for.

  My cluster mailbox that I share with neighbors had a note on it one day that the mail carrier could not get into our mailbox; so we have to pick up our mail from the post office, but they will still deliver mail. It has been almost a month. Twice packages have not been delivered, stating that the customer has requested it be held. That is a lie. Post office workers have commented that my mail carrier is terrible. Also, I watched mail carriers have a hard time finding mail and packages. They told one woman that her package was not there, only for another person to find it. They almost sent her away! I have been using informed delivery to know when I have mail. And I have come to pick up Mondays mail from them to say they did not know where Fridays or Saturdays were. They were able to find it and give it to me when I showed up Wednesday, but come on... It has been a time wasting nightmare getting my mail and packages since January 31st. And I cannot seem to get an update on getting. Working mailbox.

  The Kingman Post Office has been one of the most frustrating places I’ve dealt with. They simply do not answer the phones. On one occasion, I called more than 57 times in a single day and never reached a person. When you have missing or damaged mail, that kind of silence makes an already bad situation worse. In person, the service hasn’t been much better. I’ve experienced rude and dismissive behavior, along with repeated issues of packages being lost or arriving damaged. Based on my experience, I would strongly suggest using another shipping option whenever possible.
