- GPGail PackerMar 4, 20261.0This store has the worst customer service and communication that I’ve experienced with any UPS store right now. I went this morning March 4, 2026 to drop off a package and they’re closed for remodel. I was there about a week or so ago and there was no sign posted. Nothing warning of this people with PO Box were outside trying to figure out how to get their mail and there’s nothing posted on their website. I find this extremely inconvenient Town

If you want your item getting to it's destination via usps, go to the post office! You don't get a receipt at the UPS Store if something is returned via usps. So nothing can prevent someone from taking it.

We received a card for a shipping discount when we send so many packages and he told us we shouldn't have that. On top of that he literally ignored us fhe other evening. We asked him if he could help us and he just walked away. Its been very frustrating to deal with him on a on certain basis as we are a small business who uses UPS OFTEN. I am very disappointed with how bad its getting everytime we visit the store and he's there. Alittle customer service training might suffice.
