- ACAlfred ClarkAug 12, 20251.0I have been using this location for dropping off all my packages for over a year now. In June I did my morning Monday drop offs of 5 packages. I always get a receipt to keep for records. My customer informed me they never received there package. I looked up tracking to see where the package is. I noticied that the tracking number was not scanned on my receipt when I dropped it off. The young girl had scanned another package twice. I went it and spoke to manager and said it's at the hub located by Kingman Airport. I went down there and spoke to manager and said the package was not there and hasn't left UPS store. There's no scan that driver even picked it up. I opened a claim with UPS and waited a few days. I went back to store and spoke to owner and explained my situation and her first words were which employee helped you? I didn't know her name but then she said let me look and see who worked that day and check all packages scanned. She took my info and number down and promised to look into it for me and a call back. To this very day I still have not heard from her. I went in store again and left my number for manager and owner for call back and nothing. This location is poorly ran store and know know one of employees stole that package. Shame on the owner for giving me her word to look into this and no call back. Since this I have heard so many people say this store is horrible and poor customer service. I can bet that once she sees this review she will then maybe respond because she feels she has to. Please do not do business here because they have no respect for your property yet alone there own business.
