  We been coming to this location for awhile. The blonde boy who works the front is very rude. We received a card for a shipping discount when we send so many packages and he told us we shouldn't have that. On top of that he literally ignored us fhe other evening. We asked him if he could help us and he just walked away. Its been very frustrating to deal with him on a on certain basis as we are a small business who uses UPS OFTEN. I am very disappointed with how bad its getting everytime we visit the store and he's there. Alittle customer service training might suffice.

  The store in Kingman is horrible. Most of the employees are rude. The line is long and slow. The owner does nothing to improve. Dead silent because they don't even have a radio for background noise.

  This place needs to hire people. The employees here moves slow like a turtle. They don't seem to care if the line is all the way outside the door

  My husband had a pkg delivered there from eBay. Tracking said it was delivered on Dec 6 we went there on the 6th they didn’t give us pkg. I went there Monday Dec 8 I had slip for it but never received item. I inquired about pkg on Friday all they had to say was it was picked up. No one offered me any resolution or looked for it. They only looked for the slip. Just because slip is there doesn’t mean I was handed pkg. I didn’t sign that particular slip I signed another. They showed me slip. The other lady that was there kept grabbing my pkg off counter after they were given to me for me to pick up 2 times and putting them away. I don’t understand why. I mentioned it and she didn’t rush to look for it. It aggravated me. I also was inquiring that I was missing a pkg because all slips were in my mother in laws name. I did look at the person the pkg were shipped to and located my pkg. I did let her know I found it and explained why I thought it was missing. The name on slip should match who it was shipped to. I went home to make sure we didn’t have it. We don’t have it. Not sure what we can do if anything. Saturday I went there I had 7 slips they gave me 6 pkg. Well that’s it. We counted pkg and said no we missing one. Who is to say that didn’t happen on Monday. I will be counting my slips and pkg before I leave from now on.

  The store is ok but the issues are THEY NEVER ANSWER THERE DARN PHONE! been trying to get someone to answer the phone for 3 days of continuous calling.
