The smallest things mean the most and can make a big difference they may never realize. And that sweat man in the comp repair area was extremely helpful, found exactly what I needed and explained it in simple terminology. And again kind as I had to call back realizing I had forgotten my cord I had questions on. Thank you, kind hearted souls.

Dillion checked the backstock/new arrivals from the recently delivered truck and there was in fact another chair available for purchase. He also informed me of some very helpful information regarding the limited 5 year manufacturer warranty as well as the 3 or 5 year warranties that Staples offers. I purchased the chair as well as a Staples warranty. I have set up the chair now and absolutely love it. The desk chair I purchased was the Sharper Image S-600 and I would highly recommend this chair for someone that is looking for good lumbar support. The chair has massage and heat functionality that in my opinion are nearly perfect.

Flagged down employee to help it restarted on her and said prossinf payment she said she was gonna get another employee to help me no one ever came. I never go here again!
