  My taxes still haven't been submitted to the IRS and I was in the office two weeks ago. The appointment took ten minutes and Turbotax is more thorough. Don't waste your money.

  I had a brief conversation with Eric 3/3/18 regarding my specific tax needs and situation, however, Eric Fiddler was NOT at all friendly. He did not seem enthusiastic in helping me nor was he interested in gaining my business. The entire conversation, he made me feel like a bird that he was shooing away. I didn’t deserve to be treated in that manner and at the very least Eric could have at least attempted to provide a rectifiable solution considering my circumstance. I do NOT recommend hiring this company for your tax needs. Look somewhere else where you will be treated with some respect and will be shown an interest in providing help to a prospective client. If I could give a zero star rating, I would.
