- MNMatt NDec 6, 20251.0Possibly the worst Post Office in America. The self service machine ALWAYS has an issue. Staff is super slow and typically not very friendly.

I went in today to mail some Christmas presents, and Tiffany was very helpful in helping me find a cheaper solution to mailing a package for Christmas. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and they had a good stock of supplies and box sizes.

Came back and was told I needed to make an appointment after spending 15 min on line. She looked at me like I was the stupid one. They don't even know the meaning of being polite and courteous. I never had such problems at a Post Office....EVER!

I go here atleast 2 times a week for my small business and never have any issues. This is the only post office that doesnt lose my packages and I am so grateful for it!
