    Employee took me out of the long line and took care of me at the door it yourself kiosk. I was able to be in and out in a jiffy! He went out of his way to do this with me having a qr code. No one else has ever done that for me at this location! Thank you¡

    I use this store frequently and have never had an issue. Today I needed a notary so I went in and the line was, as usual, all the way back to the entrance. I waited my turn (about 10 minutes) and when I got to the counter I was told to go wait at a desk and she'd be with me in about 10 minutes. She said she was the only notary there and she couldn't leave the counter because they were so busy. And I would understand but I waited my turn already. Why should I have to wait for her the wait on the people behind me in line? Terrible, horrible customer service!
