- MWM WJan 4, 20261.0I have been using the USPS for my business for 25 years. Unfortunately the post office in Green Valley is the absolutely worst! Consistently the “don’t give a darn” attitude is prevalent. I shipped a very expensive item to a customer that was lost in the mail. I received absolutely no assistance when I called, and a rude guy answered the phone. I then contacted Phoenix where I did get some help but no clue where my package was. I was advised to file a missing package request and after 14 days my package showed up. Do you think anyone from this office contacted me? Absolutely not. They are the worst excuse for a service that I have ever encountered. They should all be fired. I want to say this is no reflection on our carrier as she cares and does an excellent job.
