- JJJacque JackNov 7, 20251.0I came into this post office to find out why my mail isn’t being forwarded. They couldn’t be bothered to find out. They said you are good to go, you will start receiving mail. I told them it’s been nearly 20 days and I haven’t received anything. Then they said okay we’ll send a supervisor out. After a very lengthy wait on a day that’s not busy I still haven’t seen a supervisor. But they sure did manage to change my card for the mail forward. Would never recommend this post office.

As part of the process I submitted a certified copy of my birth certificate for approval, and was told it was acceptable. Today I received an email from the Dept. of State stating that only an original is acceptable, so obviously the money I paid for expedited service is wasted by their incompetence, and the card will be delayed.

- AGAnjelika GAug 12, 20251.0I would like to give this post office 5stars but missed out on few things Well first We have a scheduled appointment for two of my kids for passports this obnoxious gentleman didn't wanna see any of my kids because we were 6 mins late, I can understand we forfeit one spot, but refused the other? Welp i wouldn't really mind If its not been too hard to get these appointments set up and have my daughters excuse for school while working then i wouldn't fret but dang no compassion shown Better try my luck on other place i guess Skip this one folks, i meant this guy in the counter Have no issues with others Lovely two ladies who helped me before
