  The employees that you have working on Saturday have a very bad attitude. When I walked in they were talking about the last customer very negatively. The employee with the black hair and glasses was extremely unprofessional and rude. I gave her cash to pay for some copies. I had almost a dollar in change coming back and she had the nerve to ask me do you want your change back? I asked her what do you mean she says most people don't want their change back. I said it's almost a dollar so I do. She said we'll have it your way! I will drive all the way to Tucson before I walk into your establishment again. It's not the first or even the second negative experience in your store.

  I have never been happier with the service of shipping, the staff is knowledgeable, enjoyable to talk to. Everyone has answered my questions and concerns. Great place to go, to have anything shipped.

  Fast, efficient and friendly service. This is always a busy store, all employees work fast too and do a great job.

  This store #1997 is super busy and the way the employees treat people is absolutely wonderful. They (all) are caring, helpful, understanding, courteous and a pleasure to do business with. I know there are some bad days, but those days are with the customers not the employees. Lines can be frustrating but not for the employees they are great asset to ups OR WHO EVER THEY ARE EMPLOYED BY. Thank you. A. Le Page

  I have had superior service at all UPS stores I have utilized, mostly in CA, but this particular store in Green Valley, Arizona outshines them all. This store as managed by Angie, is the very epitome of the term Customer Service. First of all, this store is always dealing expeditiously with a high volume of clientele. There is always a line. Because the employees here are expertly trained and are extremely knowledgeable, that line constantly moves. The high volume does not prevent patient and thorough customer service. People come here with a diverse variety of requests. They need advice. I am no exception to that rule. Always, the employee waiting on me has options for me and presents me with the best solution among those options. At times I have had to work directly with the manager, Angie, to unravel my complicated situation. Recently, for instance, Angie provided me with information, advice, and reassurance as I sought to notarize a complex personal trust and will. I came to her, to the UPS store for this, after the notary at my personal bank refused my notary requests after only a cursory look at my documents. At another time, during a power outage that prevented my sending financial documents through the usual secure system that generates a tracking number, Angie and her employee gave me an equally acceptable alternative. Despite the outage, I left feeling I had been given an exceptional customer experience. Everyone at this UPS store is among the best of the best in this business. I applaud them.
