  I have occasion to visit 5 different UPS stores across the area and the country and this is THE ONLY STORE that routinely takes the Amazon Returns kiosk out of order. Today, instead of the 2-3 minutes it would take me at the kiosk, it took me 23 minutes waiting on 14 people ahead of me. And their sign says "Drop Off and Return with Ease" right above the kiosk (see photo). Adding insult to injury, attempting to tell someone about this through their online system only results in an error. Workers there tell me that it's because "people are always breaking the printer". If that's so, why are none of the other stores experiencing this? What's going on with this location? I'm going to take all my business elsewhere from now on. Shame on you.

  Two years have passed. We have been patient and have tried to understand. Today, when we were standing outside the door waiting in line, Two things happened that made the decision to give a two star review much less difficult. First instance that solidified the deep down feeling that the service here was exceptionally slow was the customer who walked out and said, "it's about a 45 minute wait." Now, here we are standing in the doorway--holding the door--counting about 12 customers in front of us. Forty-five minutes??? Second instance that caused us to take pause, was The UPS Associate who walked over and pulled the door closed and just said, "we can't have the door open" and proceeded to pull it closed while we stepped out to give her clearance to pull the door closed. The four of us-- customers--standing their just looked at each other in disbelief. Here's a customer service tip, free of any consultation fees: Look your customer in the eye and then kindly invite them in while suggesting to them that it's "cooler" inside for them as opposed to standing outside in the Arizona heat. If that is not an option, then move customers through the process of shipping and returning packages faster--it's a sure way to get them in and out while keeping the door closed. We don't often give a one or two star rating-today The UPS Store in Green Valley stepped up and earned it.

  I had no wait and although they couldn’t offer me a 3-day delivery, my package managed to arrive early after all!

  The excellent quality service. The staff was far beyond excellent in both attitude, and ensuring my needs were met.
