  Writing Great experience at this UPS Store! Angela Henry was very helpful, listened to what I needed, and provided excellent customer service. She always had a smile and made everything quick and easy. I will definitely come back to this location. Highly recommend!

  Dropped off a package with a label already on it and for some reason they didn't use that label at all and gave me a different tracking number on my receipt for something that was delivered a week before I even showed up to the store! Neither tracking number shows where my package is and now I'm out almost $300 and nobody can tell me what happened to my package.
