(Ink, supplies, banner, booklets, flyers and even business cards) Today, Brian at the print shop decided to push away my business. To hear “we don’t receive orders via email” you have to go online as a primary answer and assume that I didn’t know was super disappointing. Perhaps it was his break or by himself, but the center was not busy. It’s sad, because your store was my go to for the last 8 years. I took my needs elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the border on the paper I brought was too high for the way the document was set up, and I was initially told it couldn’t be printed as-is and that I would need to go home and fix it. Since I live about 40 minutes away, that would have been a huge inconvenience. Thankfully, Megan stepped in to help—and she was a total game changer. She took the time to walk me through the one simple adjustment I needed to make on my phone. With her guidance, we fixed the issue right there, and everything printed perfectly. Because of Megan’s excellent customer service, I didn’t have to drive all the way home to my desktop to fix it. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help me. Thank you, Megan, for turning what could have been a frustrating situation into a great experience!
