The line starts at the right hand side after walking in through the double doors to the lobby. There were probably around 7 people ahead of me in line. At 8 am, the USPS employee will shift the line further to the right near the gift cards and bubble envelopes area. There are passport applications at the front of the line on the right counter around 8 am. I was prepared and had my application filled out beforehand (printed it from the US travel state gov website) and made copies of my documents. The USPS Passport Agent, Elias, organized my application, docs, and photo. I was in and out in approximately 10 minutes. I'm a bit OCD so I tend to double check to make sure I'm not forgetting anything and I ask too many questions at times. Thank you Elias for being kind and patient when I was asking questions about my documents, especially verifying if the passport photos were acceptable (I got my photos from Staples)! 👍👍👍👍👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS!

Wouldnt have a huge issue, when when it started happening to packages $2000+, i had a problem. Oh, and signed delivery doesnt mean anything. They sign themselves and leave it on your doorstep like i opted to not happen.
