She was understanding and empathetic. She tried to research and resolve the issue, but wasn’t able to without speaking to the carrier who had already left for the day. She said she would talk to them the next morning and give me a call. This is what I had been told by someone else the day prior, but it didn’t happen. The next morning Pam called me. She said she had spoken to the carrier and my package should be in my box later that day. It was! About 5:30 pm (probably after her shift) Pam called me again to make sure ai had gotten it. Great customer service! So thankful for Pam going above and beyond to ensure I got my package.
