Drove over an hour to get my package and called numerous times during business hours, no one answered the phone, yet they closed to the dot at 6pm…. Got there at 6pm to catch them and they would not even open the door, when I tried calling them numerous times. Horrible customer service!

Outstanding Service – One of the Best UPS Stores I’ve Visited!
I had a wonderful experience at the UPS Store in Goodyear. I walked in right when they opened on a Thursday morning at 8 a.m., and Ms. Katherine warmly welcomed me. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. I needed to get an important legal document notarized, and she kindly explained that the notary service begins at 9 a.m. I stepped out, grabbed some coffee, and came back shortly after.
When I returned, I was greeted again by Katherine along with another lovely associate, Ms. Alexis. Both of them were so welcoming, professional, and patient. They walked me through the process clearly and completed my notary quickly and smoothly. It was reassuring to work with licensed professionals who truly care about customer service.
We even had a great conversation while everything was being completed, which made my morning even better. Fast service, excellent communication, and genuinely kind staff — this is hands down one of the best UPS locations I’ve ever visited. I’ll absolutely be coming back and highly recommend this store if you need notary or shipping services!
Had a couple of Amazon returns that had to be returned through UPS. All were in the Amazon boxes. I was told the one box was too small as the label would partially wrap on the box so she wouldn’t accept it. I was told to come back when the item was in a bigger box. Meanwhile, the person I assume is the store manager, was commenting how one of her staff printed the labels so small for the small packages. The second return was one return, but 2 boxes. Amazon only provided 1 return code that covered both boxes. They would not accept this return either, said Amazon needs to provide a return code per box, they will not indicate box 1 of 2. I won’t return to this location. The lady that helped me was zero help and unfriendly

I was at your UPS Store today (December 31) around 1:00p. Stephen is the gentleman that helped me with several items.
I would really like to give him a huge compliment for the way he helped me through all my concerns. UPS should be really proud of this young man and his customer service skills. Thank you Stephen Best wishes for a happy New Year and know you were really appreciated ❤️
