Upon attending us, that had told us that they couldn’t return it that it “HAD already been returned” even though this was the first time we started to return this item. They “tried” checking in the back and such looking to see if it can be returned but still told us that there was nothing that could be done. We then chose to pass by to another Staples and surprise surprise, we were able to return it there. They actually looked and searched for the numbers and such and found a way to return. Shout out to this other staples, as they had amazing customer service too. Do better you guys and actually try.

Good selection of inventory for breath & depth except ON HP INK cartridge's depth a little lean due to inventory carrying cost I am sure, and pricing a little higher but that is due to HP.
