  The manager for the Goodyear location is very rude. I’ve been going back-and-forth to that office since July 23, 2025 regarding verification that I do not work there anymore to give to DHS for my medical and my food stamps here it is September 26 and still have not gotten my verification. This is not OK with me. This is not good customer service skills at all she is very rude. She do not deserve to have this manager job if she do not know how to be a manager and do the things that she need to do for customers my paperwork need to be done and sent to me as soon as possible I will get a lawyer.

  I havent even gone. My wife went to grt a temp position after losing her job, door daid 6pm close time, yet she called me at 5:38pm telling me that NO ONE was there. How can you not have anyone there when your hours are until 6pm? Gave her a better temp agency to go to because reading all the other reviews, we cant have her working with a place that wont even pay her on time. 0/10 would not recommend.

  The lady in the office is supposed to be the branch manager who is rude & a liar. I don't understand why it's so hard to submit hours after the contractor has done his part & sent the hours in already. This is the only branch I've dealt with that seems to have an issue paying in a reasonable amount of time. Why lie about it also when I'm literally here working with the site coordinator. If you don't want people to keep calling about hours being paid, just do your job & process them.
