I come here couple times through out the month for my Amazon returns and it does not matter what time of the day it is the employees are always nasty. I went there this morning to drop off packages with my husband. we are business owners in Gold Canyon and reside here, I couldn't agree more with the negative posts on this site. they all express the same thing we always experience at this location. She did not greet or acknowledge us in the store and after my husband had to stay good morning she still would not acknowledge us. had a very mean look on her face. Made us feel very unwelcome to be there this morning. we will avoid this location at all cost. Hopefully ups understands what is going on at this location and makes some positive changes at this Gold Canyon location. HOW RUDE!

I was having a horrible day and realized last minute I had to have something notarized by 5:00 p.m. I rushed down there 20 till and not only was he quick and efficient, he was very kind and helped me out big time!
