UPS CEO Carol Tomé had pocketed $22.9 million. And yet you put this fee on customers. Employees at this store make less than a living wage. Shame on UPS.

Each time I am told to call back at another time to follow up. I shipped the package in December and it is now February and still no refund. I called UPS directly but was rerouted back to the UPS store. Other times I have visited and not had issues with service. This issue is unacceptable since I paid quite a bit for a package to be delivered in 2 days.
