I want to know why the carrier is not doing his job at orchard pointe elderly care facility . Instead of him clearing boxes he is telling the office manager to go through all the mailboxes and throw out the mail so he doesn't have to do his job . Gha job us to purge the mailboxes and connect it to where it has to go . Whether it be returning to sender, forwarding, or closing box . It is not up to office manager at the orchard pointe elderly care facility to throw it in trash .

The customer service at this 59th ave and 101 location is terrible. I don’t know what happened or why you hired people that are grouchy and are smart asses. Don’t you guys get paid really well?? What’s up with the horrid service?! Do better! Hire people who want to help people. Don’t hire people that act like we’re bothering them when we come in for help. No wonder you guys have a 2.8 rating on google. Embarrassing
