One of the package drop off boxes was not working and while I was there, the other one's lever stopped working. There is only one self service kiosk. I give this location 4 stars because despite the run down equipment and heavy foot traffic, the employees (at 3-4 counters) were helpful and efficient. Maybe fund more or renovate this usps location and the experience would be better.
