I have spoken with two individuals from this office stating that the issue has been escalated but nothing has happened and it has been 5 business days now. I have reached out every day letting them know I have a neighbor’s mailbox key and I am unable to access my package. I would think that giving other people’s keys out would be of great concern to the USPS but apparently it’s of no concern or it just happens all the time, either way it is clear they don’t care about my neighbor’s security or me receiving access to my package. USPS, give me access to my package and take back my neighbors key.
