I'm truly speechless at the American way of doing things. My package was severely delayed for almost a month, and the postal truck passed by without delivering it, only arriving at the post office after I finished my trip and returned home. And I couldn't find the entrance to change the international delivery window. My emails to the post office customer service went unanswered. The service attitude is truly appalling. This is the American way of doing things—it's infamous internationally

I don't even know where to begin. The short, heavy-set Hispanic guy doing the passports, I think his name is Martin. He needs to be terminated or repurposed immediately! This location only processes walk-in passport inquiries on Thursdays from 9AM - 12PM. A whole 3 hours during the week for walk-in customers, and every single post office location in the Phoenix metro is fully booked for passport appointments until late March. That's roughly 6 weeks from today's date, so scheduling an appointment isn't efficient neither. Also during these hours, if someone walks in that has a scheduled appointment, naturally they get priority. I showed up at 8:36 AM and it can be verified on their cameras. I was the 6th person in line at 8:36, 24 mins before their start time for passport appointment. This short, "heavy-set" (trying to be professional) Hispanic guy that looks like an 8-Ball with the black shirt he was wearing did not show up to work until 9:30 AM! So you're only processing walk-ins for 3 hours during the week and you show up 30 minutes late for work. Haha Wow! By 9 AM, the line behind me is 20 people deep. He waltz out of the room he could be seen entering when he got to work because there are glass walls, stating that walk-in passport times are until 11 AM that day. So you show up 30 minutes late and say you're stopping at 11 AM when it has been established by other post office workers that it is until 12 PM prior to him showing up for work? When he starts processing people, he is purposefully taking a long time with them so he has to process as few customers as possible. Another wonderful employee by the name of Chong started helping out the passport customers. 8-Ball AKA Martin was taking literally up to 30 mins processing when Chong processed me in less than 10 minutes! 8-Ball looking guy shows up late, and drags his feet with his paperwork so he has done less by 12PM or 11AM per what he had the audacity of saying. People who had taken time off from work or made time in their busy day all to be standing on their feet for 3 hours because this location is terrible. Also before Chong started processing passport applications, three clerks were just sitting at the counter watching the passport customer because the post office had no mail customers. I walked in at 8:36 AM and I walked out at 11:26 AM.

I have been waiting TWO LONG MONTHS to correct my mail addresss that USPS messed up. I have paid online for change of address multiple times, gone to this post office multiple times, I even had to leave a bad review AND a complaint online on the bad customer service I received from the employee. I keep hearing “wait in a few days” for 9 weeks now and STILL my mail is going to the wrong address and I haven’t received ANY OF MY MAIL. KNOWING THAT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION HAS BEEN GOIJNF TO THE WRONG ADDRESS FOR MONTHS IS SCARY AND KNOWING THAT THE USPS HASNT DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT IS BEYOND FRUSTRATING! I HAVE GONE ONLINE, IN PERSON AND CALLED COORPORATE MANY TIMES! What the hell else do I have to do? This is ridiculous !

After waiting over an hour to be seen the customer service was HORRIBLE. I explained to the employee that I changed my address online and 1 month ago. They had the address correct but wrong apartment number. I noticed the mistake and completed ANOTHER address change two weeks later. My mail is still going to the wrong apartment number. So I came in to make the correction and she told me that it is policy to come in and show Identification and proof of address change. I explained to her that I did NOT have to do that a month ago and my address was changed. Showed her proof in my email that my mail was going to the correct address, wrong apartment number WITHOUT having to come in per policy. She insisted on arguing with me that she was correct even with the proof. Having TRASH customer service skills because you are the only one working at your job is not the customers fault. Will never return to this post office!
