Worst customer service. Dont bother calling either. I called over a dozen times which took and hour of my time then went to the office to be in line for 45 minutes for them to answer my question in 1 minute which is not the answer I needed.such a bad experience

Totally unacceptable, no drive up drop boxes anymore. Have to park your car and go inside. Totally inconvenient! What idiot decided this?

Clerks at this station are very helpful and understanding. I'd say Lorenzo, armina, Jonathan, chong are awesome keep up the work I always see them when I come in. And holidays are near, it's the busiest time of the year but they have managed to help in every way possible. Thank you carriers for the hard work you do and services provide to us.
