Employees just stand there watching you walk in and don’t attempt to say hello or ask if they can help you. I’ll always know better going forward to make sure to go to the location that is happy to help.

They will redirect you to the Usps so hopefully that agency doesn’t ever go away. Because private mail services can’t accept all packages.

I was told that I was unorganized and was totally disrespected by the young lady behind the counter. When asked if anyone else could assist me, a young man looked at me, kept walking to the back of the store and said "No". I was unable to complete my transaction at this location and had to do business at a different location in Scottsdale, Az. where I received excellent service. At the Happy Valley location, the rep started grabbing items before verifying scan codes with me. Both myself and the rep became irritated to the point that she was grabbing my parcel in one direction and I was trying to get her to start over so that the items would be done correctly. It was one of the absolute worst UPS experience I've ever had. I left this location extremely upset. I will not send business to this location. The location for me represents 'Hate'. There was a customer prior to my walking to the counter working with this rep. She and the rep were smiling and chatting. All I did was walk up the counter, smile and said 'Hello' . I must have been the incorrect visitor for the reps day. She embarrassed me and insulted my intelligence in less than 5 minutes. Horrible Horrible experience.
