  AMAZING SERVICE, KIND AND HELPFUL! VERY EFFICIENT TOO. I needed return labels printed and they kindly did it there which saved me running around to find a printing shop while visiting the area.

  I always have a great experience at this UPS Store. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. I often bring in a lot of Amazon returns (sometimes 20 items at once!), and they never complain or make me feel like it’s a hassle. They’re patient, efficient, and handle everything quickly and professionally. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Highly recommend this location!

  Very nice experience. Great customer service. Super fast. Not crowded (no people at all) when I was there. Didn’t even know the UPS can be owned and locally operated. Keep the great job for the community!

  DO NOT GET FINGERPRINTS DONE AT THIS UPS STORE, THEY DONT RUN THERE A/C. This store is a complete joke. They offer a fingerprinting service using outdated sensors, and the store is completely without air conditioning. Instead of using A/C, they use a single fan, which makes it impossible not to sweat a little when in store. I was stuck holding my hands in front of the fan, trying to stop the most small amount of sweat from breaking the sensor. After spending over an hour with the staff troubleshooting the sensor, they gave me the excuse that the machine was wasting their time because they had to help me instead of other customers and another half hour with phone support. I was only able to complete one hand because while in the store alone they man helping me let the machine time out while he stood on his phone. Meaning the full hour of work to read one hand was wasted because the employee was incompetent. They also only use a spray bottle with water and hand you some paper towels in hopes that will solve the issue. There’s no bathroom to wash your hands. I strongly advise against visiting this store. It’s run by a cheapskate who can’t even afford to run air conditioning. Store support said they have A/C, but when I stood under every vent and even towards the counter, it felt 10 degrees hotter than the front. They gave me the excuse that the landlord doesn’t want to run A/C. Guess it’s a UPS store that doesn’t care about its employees or customers.
