So when FedEx won't print their own label so that you can ship your package back just go to the UPS store and they will go out of their way to help you get your package sent it will cost you three bucks but hey that's no big deal Brianna at this store provided excellent service! Thank you!

My experience with UPS was extremely frustrating and disheartening. I was scheduled to receive a package on Friday. After waiting through the weekend (understanding Sunday is not a business day), I called on Monday for an update and was told that my package was lost. The first call was very unprofessional. The representative refused to transfer me to a supervisor and instead went back and forth in an emotional and defensive manner. I calmly asked for a supervisor and was told it would take an hour. I said I was willing to wait. The representative still refused and ultimately hung up on me. On the second call, the representative seemed confused and mostly silent. I again asked for a supervisor, and this time one was provided within about 5–10 minutes. When the supervisor came on, he said he would file a claim. I explained that the situation was urgent and asked if he could note why it was urgent. He told me the reason was irrelevant. I respectfully disagreed, as the urgency directly relates to why the claim needs immediate attention. I also asked which hub the package was at so I could go in person, and that information was refused as well. Throughout these calls, I felt brushed off, not listened to, and given minimal support. There was no sense of ownership or urgency from anyone involved, and the overall communication was poor. This entire experience left me feeling unsupported and disappointed. For a company of this size, I expected much better customer service and accountability.

Ben the associate was berating his associate when I walked in. Yelling over the customers then continued to “help” an elderly man who was unable to understand due to a language barrier I had to step in and actually help. He continued his tirade by expressing his frustration to his coworker using curse words.

If I could give UPS negative stars, I’d still feel like I over-tipped. Let me tell you a story: I scheduled a notary appointment through their online system. Showed up, on time, ready. The screen behind the counter literally said “Notary Services.” The employee looked me in the face and said: “Oh, we don’t have a notary anymore.” Cool. Cool cool cool. Thanks for the imaginary service. Their suggestion? “Go to a bank or something.” Oh okay, should I also go get a time machine and cancel this entire inconvenience? But wait — UPS isn’t just bad at keeping their own schedule. They’re also elite-level Olympic champions at delivering packages to the wrong address. Porch, neighbor, rooftop — they just spin the bottle and hope it lands somewhere vaguely ZIP-code adjacent. I don’t know what UPS stands for anymore. Maybe: • Unapologetic Parcel Scavenger-hunt • Usually Problematic Service • Unreliable, Pointless, Stressful Do yourself a favor and go to FedEx. Or train a pigeon. You’ll have better odds.
