As with most places, understaffing was an issue. Moral and attitudes were indifferent toward helping me on top of stocking and other customer service needs. Finally solved my problem. Went to the register for a refund of $1.00 for the four blanks. I was told the manager was the only one to authorize refunds. I waited 15 minutes. Finally I just left. Disappointed and discouraged I just figured I'll have to eat this problem and move forward and use it as a learning experience.
