The Staff is extremely helpful, all the ladies (no diss to men, it's just that I've (personally)never seen a male employee here) go above & beyond to assist the customers. I really appreciate how convenient, accommodating & wonderful this location is.

Reinforced my decision to avoid FedEx for personal shipping.

The customer service was terrible the staff did not know how to handle my return label request, and I ended up wasting about an hour and a half with no solution. On top of that, their attitude toward customers was unprofessional and disrespectful. They clearly don’t know how to speak to or assist customers properly. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I just came to this UPS office and got it done in less then 5 minutes

I got to the store at about 8:30pm and did not leave until around 9:40pm. My problem was never even solved. If I could rate this a zero I would. I will never go back!!!
