Please have a conversation with her about friendly customer service she has no sense of empathy whatsoever it’s honestly sad! Just an FYI as well I never EVER write reviews but I couldn’t take this energy anymore and her tone, she really does her job too well but could use some help again with some softness. Hope this helps with your numbers

Every delivery is now accurate, and on the rare occasion an issue arises, Roy proactively ensures its resolved. He truly goes above and beyond, providing superb customer service. We feel incredibly lucky to have him! Furthermore, this post office is staffed by individuals who are caring and kind whenever we use the services in person. But Roy alone is enough for this five-star review.
