- DWDrakona WhiteJan 28, 20261.0Had to have my mail forwarded did the stupid QR code led me to a bunch of pop-up pads love that our government is leading me to pop-up pads paid the 1.25 guess what still had to come inside to do it? is that if I paid the 1.25 I wouldn’t have to come in but I did end up having to come in. Asked for a refund got told we can’t do that. Unhelpful uncooperative and it’s ridiculous that I even had to pay for something like this zero out of 10 would not recommend the QR code is a scam. Don’t use it.

I had issues changing my address due to having a hyphenated name, and after multiple failed attempts elsewhere, he patiently walked me through everything, including printouts of the errors from my previous attempts, helped me fill out a new form, and gave me really helpful information to make sure everything was done correctly. The whole process was quick and easy, not long or frustrating at all. Thank you Dustin for being super polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.
