  Kathryn was so kind and friendly. Made my experience awesome. Gave me some insights on notary process. It was quick service, and she made my day.

  I dropped off a package on Sunday but I screwed up and put the label on the wrong box. Stopped in Monday at 8am to see if I could get the box back. Kathryn was the only person working so she said she'd try to find it in between customers, or at 10am when more people come in. Got a call less than a half hour later that she found it. What a tremendous work ethic for a younger person! Kathryn saved the day and I hope her manager sees this and acknowledges her. She could have left it for people to come in later but she didn't!!

  The ownership at the store on Cooper and Warner in Gilbert Arizona is awesome. The young women working there are always helpful and cheerful. I would not have said that 5 years ago.

  Just needed a quick print that normally would have taken 1 minute and I have now spent over 15 minutes in store. Flora had wanted me to use the Internet browser computer to login to my email to print my docs. I asked about just sending it to the normal store email like I have in the past because I don't like logins on public computers. She assured me it was the 'safest option' (which is totally false) and I reluctantly agreed because I needed to go. The card reader was stuck and needed a reboot. When I finally was able to get her attention she just said to send it to the store email for print! What I wanted to do in the first place 🤷‍♂️ What a convoluted experience for something so simple.
