  I have used this location for the past several years for my Amazon returns. In the last six months, I’ve had three items say that they haven’t been received. It’s high value items that I’m sure employees would like to have. It seems as if if it’s a no box return things would be easy to steal. If you drop off at this location, make sure to get a receipt or go to another location!!

  I visited this location on Wednesday, Feb 25th, around 5:15 p.m. seeking notary services. I was "assisted" by an employee named Ceyti, who ultimately refused to notarize my document because she claimed her stamp would not fit in the designated area. Having been in the legal field for 30 years (including three as a notary), I can say with certainty that her reasoning was nonsensical. She produced a stamp the size of a 3x5 index card—nearly double the standard size—and insisted it required a pristine, unobstructed white background. There is no legal requirement for a stamp to be 100% legible in its entirety, provided the signature, date, and commission info are present. I took the exact same document to a nearby competitor in Tempe and was in and out in five minutes without a single modification. This was either a case of poor training or simple work avoidance. Either way, it turned a time-sensitive document into a late one. Since the change in franchise ownership, the service here has become hit-or-miss. Management needs to retrain their staff on actual notary standards vs. their own personal preferences. Added in response to owners comment: she was a short dark-skinned woman with wireframe glasses glasses black hair parted in the middle average build approximately 40 years old. You know who she is and I know where I was.

  I went to this store for notary services because I needed a domestic partnership document notarized for California. Tara completed the notarization, but after making a six-hour round trip to Los Angeles to submit the paperwork, I was informed that the documents were incomplete because she did not include her title where the form clearly requested the notary’s name and title. When I called to explain the issue, her response was very disappointing. She was rude and told me that I should have caught the error myself. As the notary, it is her responsibility to properly complete the notarization. Her unwillingness to take accountability or show any concern for the inconvenience and time lost was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend using this notary service based on my experience. ✳️✳️Note, this was posted on my account for my daughter Athena.
