- VMVanessa MorenoOct 24, 20251.0I understand, it’s a busy location, lots of foot traffic and people driving by, but came in today and had a really poor experience with an employee who seemed to be grumpy and not in a good mood. He yelled at me for throwing away some trash in their waste bin after I sent a package through them and loudly, exclaimed that I could throw away my trash somewhere else not inside of their business after I had just sent a package. I don’t know where he wanted me to take the trash or the slips from my package after I threw it away, but he was very rude and that was how he greeted me not a high or hello. How can I help you? I don’t need you to be super warm or friendly, but that really left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Super rude and then proceeded to go back to the employee area and didn’t come out again. He wasn’t even the main guy helping at the desk. He just came out to look around and pick on people that were there trying to send mail out.
