Every delivery is now accurate, and on the rare occasion an issue arises, Roy proactively ensures its resolved. He truly goes above and beyond, providing superb customer service. We feel incredibly lucky to have him! Furthermore, this post office is staffed by individuals who are caring and kind whenever we use the services in person. But Roy alone is enough for this five-star review.

He is the mailman for my complex, and because of him, a package that my apartment office accepted , and then couldn't find, was hand delivered to me by him. Mentioned to him last time I mailed a regular letter envelope to 85203 (Mesa) it took 2 weeks to get there, literally. Lito could have cared less only saying "If you want it there quicker pay for a quicker service" knowing it doesn’t take two weeks for a letter to arrive when mailed locally.. Laziness at it finest!
