- NHNick HurleySep 6, 20251.0Called the number posted on here before I came to find out if they did fingerprinting but no one answered. I arrived 5 min after and waited in line behind one person...2 people were working and no one greeted me or said be with u in a moment so I waited. When it was my turn I walked up, asked how they were doing and replied "good", asked if they do fingerprinting and said "no". As I was leaving he said to "call beforehand" and I replied that i did. He said "no u didn't, there's 2 of us here" to which i replied, "I used the number on Google that lead me here, maybe its not updated then." At that point i just left cause I was getting irritated that's he's telling me what I did or did not do. Who ever is in charged of this location, please fix this...whether its retraining your employees or updating info on google or both. Needless to say I'm glad this location was on my way back from somewhere and not the closest to my house cause I will not be coming back. It's around 9:40am on Saturday September 6th

Never once had I had any issues with customer service whether that's in courteous staff or speed of service. I don't understand why the low ratings here. I think that large number of years that I've been going here serves as a good assessment of what this place is like over the long term. Never had an issue with UPS here. Keep up the great work!
