- ACAmanda CalhounDec 3, 20251.0I can’t believe I’m taking the time to review a UPS store, however I’m just hoping to help people who need to ship a package and get the best deal! I went to ship my medium size and light package at this UPS store and the lady told me it would be $62 to ship to FL. I thought this was excessive but she said “well at USPS this would be $81.” I almost just went with it and shipped it but I thought this price was insane for a light package. I took the same exact package over to USPS and it was $26 to ship to FL! However the lady at this store said it would be $81 to ship with USPS and was completely dishonest! Times are hard enough and I’m just posting this review to help people know where to send packages for the best and honest price!

Went there for the last 3 days trying get a will signed, notarized with 2 witnesses, they kept on telling me to come back the next day, no 2 witnesses, promised me that today there will be a notary today from 8 am to 2 pm and two witnesses, got there at 11.20 am, notary has left for the chiropractor, Josh the clerk wouldn't even try to call him to come back, wouldnt bother to call another store for me, just gave me 1 number for me to call,basically couldn't care less, albeit this was the 3rd time I came, both clerks at the store were doing nothing at that moment, you think they would care to give some customer service and help me at least find a place, nada nothing! If that were my employees they would have been fired!
