  What a scam. Used to help and have customer service bow they are just about their money and getting you out of their store. . 50 cents per like 30 seconds on a computer when it lock you out of you stuff so you get charged more and then cant actually print or return your product and get charged more than it would have been worth to just keep the wrong item you got. What a waste of time and a horrible experience thanks for being unhelpful.

  UPS Store on Cooper and Elliot. While we use this location for our Amazon returns, I would not use them again if I was paying for shipping. On two different occasions I've come in to ship an 11 by 15 by 28 inch box weighing 12 lb and the normal rate to ship this that can be found online when putting in the measurements and wait are pretty close to what most stores charge, but not this one ! Online shows that my package with $300 insurance costs about $57.89 shipping to Little Rock AK . This store wanted to charge $75.57, but because I packed it and didn't pay them to pack it. The rep added a disclaimer that damages would not be covered???? Why am i buying insurance if damages won't be covered? So I declined to ship from that store and instead went to S Gilbert Rd Ste 6 and asked to ship the same package to the same address and wanted the insurance..the rep did not put a disclaimer and the charges were $64.15 ! How is a Ups store 2 miles away 18% cheaper?? This is the second time this has happened at the Warner and Cooper store. I've spoken to UPS corporate before about this store back in September because the agent did the same thing, and I went to the S. Gilbert location that time, and the same thing happened. They were $16.00 cheaper shipping it through UPS, getting it there at the same time. In short, if you are paying for shipping, get a quote and drive two miles further to the S. Gilbert Road location and see what the price difference is. While UPS corporate says the shipping rate is set by UPS, everything else is up to the store! So what could they be charging extra for? Nobody can explain it!

  This was a great stop today. Thanks to Belen she made my shipment back a dream. She was so helpful I cannot say enough. She was super friendly and just very professional. 😊

  Stopped here because I had a Happy Return which it turns out it wasn’t. The young woman behind the counter did not acknowledge me. Acted like my presence was putting her out. Rude. Started yawning so big and so long her eyes were watering. I said sorry if I am keeping you awake. Nothing. No acknowledgment. No excuse me just proceeded to be completely miserable. Definitely not coming back. Will find another place to make a Happy Return.
