Flora had wanted me to use the Internet browser computer to login to my email to print my docs. I asked about just sending it to the normal store email like I have in the past because I don't like logins on public computers. She assured me it was the 'safest option' (which is totally false) and I reluctantly agreed because I needed to go. The card reader was stuck and needed a reboot. When I finally was able to get her attention she just said to send it to the store email for print! What I wanted to do in the first place 🤷♂️ What a convoluted experience for something so simple.
