  The ownership at the store on Cooper and Warner in Gilbert Arizona is awesome. The young women working there are always helpful and cheerful. I would not have said that 5 years ago.

  $4 to print one simple, sheet of paper in black n white before tax. Higher than all other stores.

  Just needed a quick print that normally would have taken 1 minute and I have now spent over 15 minutes in store. Flora had wanted me to use the Internet browser computer to login to my email to print my docs. I asked about just sending it to the normal store email like I have in the past because I don't like logins on public computers. She assured me it was the 'safest option' (which is totally false) and I reluctantly agreed because I needed to go. The card reader was stuck and needed a reboot. When I finally was able to get her attention she just said to send it to the store email for print! What I wanted to do in the first place 🤷‍♂️ What a convoluted experience for something so simple.

  Shoutout to Katherine who spent a lot of time trying to help me solve a problem. Even when it was discovered it was the wrong store, she was gracious and kind. I really appreciate her professionalism and above and beyond help!
