All the other employees are very nice and super respectful. It’s sad to see that side of people. If you don’t like a job that requires customer service, then just find a new one.

I’ve been going there for years and before that I tried out different UPS stores even some FedEx, but once I met her and she took such great care of all the packages I had to send out, struck up a conversation. I’ve been going there ever since. She truly trains up her people to show. Excellent customer service. I’ve even seen a couple of times where somebody one of the workers didn’t really know what to do. It was funny to me. It was like Tara had mom Ears, where she could hear over all of the craziness going on in the store and went over to help this young person and the customer. You don’t always get good customer service sad but true today but if you want great customer service go to this UPS store. Tara, you get 10 stars for everything you do and everyone you help. It was about 50 handmade trivia cards, (I spent a lot of time and money making them), for my high school reunion. This was wayyy back in June, 2025. I’m just now able to express myself and with the greatest dissatisfaction. 1. The package did not arrive as promised, in time, it was mis-routed to another state. OK. Not this store’s fault 2. So I filed a claim through corporate. The refund claim (for damages), was denied because it DID arrive, . .but LATE! There is no compensation for that? 🤷♀️ And the cards arrived after I had left town for home. OK. Again, not this store’s fault. 3. THIS STORE TOOK 3 months to refund my $130 (original cost to send). First check was for partial amount. Had to wrangle them up for full amount. 4. THIS STORE did not get my address right, lost the check in the mail. 5. THIS STORE owner would not take my calls when I asked the employee, Joe, to ask for damages beyond the shipping cost. Nope. 6. Every time I didn’t get the promised reimbursement for $130 original cost, I had to call from vacation to deal with it. WOW! Dear owner, I’ve scanned through your previous replies to other customers. You say you strive to make things right with your customers. Well, do you think you dropped the ball with me?
