The lady who helped me was extremely rude and not helpful. She told me that the package was picked up by UPS. It should be noted that she did not check her computer. I asked her if she could look at her computer. She said abruptly "I don't need to all packages are picked up daily". She then told me to call UPS. I did not get the workers name. But she was a Latino lady around 40 ish. I have been going there since they were open. I will no longer be going there.

Even though the printer itself can do it, they've locked out that feature. I went to FedEx and asked and they were like, of course you can print from USB drive, everyone can do that. Not UPS! Edit: I went to another UPS store in Queen Creek and they could print a document off a USB drive. It's just this location or maybe just the three employees working the afternoon of 9/29/25, that don't know how to do it. The machine wanted a password to print from USB and the employees couldn't help. Queen Creek UPS printed off a USB do I don't know what's wrong with this location. Bunch of dopes working there today

He was so patient and explained the changes I needed to make on Amazon so I could drop off just the items instead of boxing them. He and I went through item by item and he was able to get the Amazon items taken care of for me. I appreciated his help so much. He has worked with me before and has great customer service. The store in general has always treated me well so I would recommend this as a great place to do your Amazon returns.
