  I went to this store for notary services because I needed a domestic partnership document notarized for California. Tara completed the notarization, but after making a six-hour round trip to Los Angeles to submit the paperwork, I was informed that the documents were incomplete because she did not include her title where the form clearly requested the notary’s name and title. When I called to explain the issue, her response was very disappointing. She was rude and told me that I should have caught the error myself. As the notary, it is her responsibility to properly complete the notarization. Her unwillingness to take accountability or show any concern for the inconvenience and time lost was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend using this notary service based on my experience. ✳️✳️Note, this was posted on my account for my daughter Athena.

  My first time to return Amazon at this UPS location. I’ve been to other ones w nice people. A lady w glasses was quite rude. Maybe she was having a bad life but she’s in a customer service job and should act as so.

  1/27/26 1:58pm. I gave this location a 1 star because of the extremely rude female associate. When I needed some information on a tracking number I had, she gave me one word answers(No) and just stared at me. When I explained that I did not understand the pickup arrangement I asked if she could help explain as to who the pickup person/company is supposed to be.... once again she said "No" and just stared at me. So I said I don't understand, you are familiar with the pickup company but you cannot give me any information? Her inhumane answer is what brought me to make the review. She finally spoke to me with more than a one word answer and said... "I already told you No, so why do you keep asking me the same question??". I then turned to the other associate named "Jay" who was listening in on everything. When I asked Jay for a pickup process he then explained everything so very clearly which satisfied me. I just cannot believe that "CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A THING OF THE PAST", and this is so sad because this lady is being paid because of orders placed by customers like me. I will not be entering this location and dealing with this person ever again. I have a personal rule when spending money or doing business....."if the associate/s treats me like they do not want me inside their establishment, then I walk out without spending any money, or I never return to that location again. Whats sad is that I work for a Worldwide corporation and I will be spreading the word about the horrible treatment I experienced from the lady on this shift.(middle aged semi-darker hair). I hope they have cameras with audio just in case she tries lie her way through this one to her owners or management team. P.S I remained polite despite her sickening behavior. Thank you Jay for treating me like a human being today.... your kindness is appreciated sir and you are a great example!

  The UPS store on Val Vista and Elliot is fabulous. Their managers name is Tara you want great customer service she’s it! I’ve been going there for years and before that I tried out different UPS stores even some FedEx, but once I met her and she took such great care of all the packages I had to send out, struck up a conversation. I’ve been going there ever since. She truly trains up her people to show. Excellent customer service. I’ve even seen a couple of times where somebody one of the workers didn’t really know what to do. It was funny to me. It was like Tara had mom Ears, where she could hear over all of the craziness going on in the store and went over to help this young person and the customer. You don’t always get good customer service sad but true today but if you want great customer service go to this UPS store. Tara, you get 10 stars for everything you do and everyone you help.
