- LDL DJan 18, 20255.0I used Alpha Graphics for the first time back in December for my business cards, I got to work with Dana, who was just wonderful from beginning to end. Made serveral changes before approving the final look, and not once did I feel like it was an issue. Dana quickly updated the cards every time as requested until I was happy and ready to approve print. I reached out to Dana again to make business cards for a different employee. Changing the name or any changes, is considered a new design, but Dana explained that to me clearly. We all have a way of running our businesses and what we charge for the work we do, Alpha Graphics is no different, and I can respect that, as it was clearly stated to me from the start. I will be picking up the second order from them Monday and expect it to be just as great as the first set😁

It then took another 20 minutes to get an email from them. In that time I managed to go to a competitor and get my order finished. And then when they called me the next day to see why I wasn’t using them I told them that their order process was very congested and the pricing wasn’t very good nor transparent. Is it too much to ask for pricing visibility. I like to support local businesses but this place makes it hard to give them money. Then to tell me well you can’t please everybody, it showed there are stuck in their ways.
