- BZBill ZhangJan 6, 20265.0Excellent service. The lady patiently told me that I could find postcards at the Gift of the West in Kanab. Upon learning that we wanted to send postcards to Canada, this lady gladly agreed to my request for a round date postmark. This was in sharp contrast to the lady at Bryce Canyon Ruby’s Inn General Store post office who had refused our request. (I repeatedly asked for a postmark from the Bryce Canyon City post office with the current date, but she refused and said it would be sent to the sorting center to be stamped automatically.)

- LSLu StubbsNov 17, 20251.0The postmaster lady yelled at my Mom this morning because her package had a small mistake on the label....my Mom was in tears when she came back out to the car and said she NEVER would like to go into that building again because she went in to ask about her package and the first lady helping her at the desk was really kind but then the Postmaster lady...or whoever she is....dark haired lady....came around from behind the back and was just yelling at my Mom about that she is going to send her package back and she cannot get it for her because of the address!! It was very nerve racking for my Mom!! The lady finally did give my Mom's package to her but that was a very bad experience for her! **Maybe it's just too close to Halloween time! Don't go there!!
