They ALWAYS fail to deliver here any package that gets in their hands. Now my product is being returned to the other side of the friggin' planet and who knows what's going to happen to it. My brother has had this same experience from this exact post office at least two times also. You'd think these people are trying to sabotage their own workplace with performance like this. Abysmal.

Leave a note in the mailbox so he can pick them up to straight to my home address. Like 15 steps away from the mailbox. But, no shows up. I don’t know why and what’s going on… So disappointing! This package has currently been sitting in the post office for 4 business days (Edit: 10 business days. TEN), No acceptance, no delivery, no care at all for customer service. Fountain Hills is not big and I've been living in the same duplex for 4 years. There's only a unit A and a unit B. One person in each side, too, not families or lots of different last names. I consistently get "insufficient address" because the unit letter is missing - - more like they don't feel like delivering that day. Things have gotten ridiculously worse over the past couple years.
