I could not imagine depending on this place to deliver an important prescription you depend on. Packages constantly get marked as delivered and are nowhere to be found. Our mailbox is normal, our address isn’t complicated, other services like amazon, fedex, UPS have no issue with any type of mail delivery. But every time we are expecting a package from our postal service that we PAY for. How do you mark something delivered and it’s just nowhere to be found? The office laughs at you on the phone for trying to track down things you pay for. This place is ridiculous. I often think of being a prior officer in prison, if i marked an inmate as “arrived” in his cell, he would be in his cell. I’m curious to how this office is still open. The staff is so unprofessional, unreachable and seem to be entertained by wasting your time.

These lazy people won't deliver packages, they have one job. Then when you go to their office to fix the situation, they give you attitude. Absolutely abhorrent. Everyone involved with this office needs to be fired and replaced by people who are actually competent. Class action lawsuit. ANYTHING. The postal service needs to have some kind of accountability.

Be prepared to wait. Most frequently only one counter open. Behind someone mailing several packages internationally followed by someone closing a post office box who had lost one key. Apparently a lot of paperwork with that (don't know for certain as I left after waiting in line for 20 minutes).

This location lost my package and then told me it was not there, offering no accountability, no solution, and no urgency. As a small business owner, this is completely unacceptable. Their negligence directly cost me money and disrupted my business operations. This was not a minor inconvenience it was a major setback caused by poor handling and lack of responsibility. Because of this experience, I will no longer be using or trusting this USPS location. I am now forced to pursue reimbursement and escalate this issue further. Extremely disappointing service from a local branch that should be reliable.

The field office supervisor at the fountain Hills branch, Ms. Ruth, is absolutely fantastic she's gone above and beyond to help me facilitate a move and a lost key and a bunch of other shenanigans and I really appreciate all of her effort and help...
