They consistently go above and beyond to help customers. Our mailboxes were knocked down two years ago and still haven’t been fixed, so we have to come to the post office for all our mail, which is frustrating and inconvenient. But despite the situation, the staff always treats us with kindness and does everything they can to make the experience easier.

Called customer service was scoffed at and told I could buy more or file a claim that can take up to 1-5 days for someone to reach out. Thankfully the company who was just has disgusted and have filed a complaint with usps, were kind enough to resend the package.

The only hands on that letter was the USPS Why are they not responsible? President Trump you need to dismantile the postal service in the country. Stopped in at 11:30 AM but the desk was closed for lunch BUT the signs said “closed for lunch from 12-1 PM” Apparently the people working “hard” with our tax dollars can no longer tell time. How sad it’s come to this. I watched multiple people do the same thing as I wrote this review. It’s perfectly fine to take lunch but take it when the sign says you are on lunch. This happened to me years ago as well, was hoping they learned to tell time. I’m very close to not giving my business to USPS if this is how things are run.
