I didn't understand how the insurance work but he couldn't take atleast 1 minutes to explain to us how the insurance work, instead he give attitude. Funny when I said that he's acting racist, he straight up change his tone and talk to us nicely. I refuse to work with this guy next time I see him. Up till now I still don't understand how the insurance work, but I had to paid for it still because I needed it. -Mrs. Auano
