She repeatedly disregarded the information I provided and laughed at me when I asked to speak with a supervisor for more information that she wasn't able to provide. She just wanted to get rid of me. She eventually gave me Angela Caldwell's name to call back in an hour. I came back onsite instead and asked for Angela, per Lupe's instruction. Silviano asked for some basic info about the situation and when he confirmed what I was there for, he confirmed everything I expected from my barcode scan. Just like that, what should have happened from the beginning happened while Lupe yelled arguements from the backroom. Silviano confirmed that "she knows better" and apologized for her behavior. This was my experience today.
