Don’t trust this post office. I’ve had two credit cards stolen from here and I’ve had a eBay package stolen from here. Don’t use cash. Make sure that you use your credit card or your debit card so you have a record of what you pay for here because the supervisor does not care and she will blame you. Keep your receipt for everything you do at this post office. The standards are low because of the lady supervisor and who she hires. She won’t help you. I’ve had an eBay package stolen going out. They didn’t even they said they shipped. It gave me a receipt that it never went into the system and then an eBay package coming in that arrived six days before I went to go pick it up also went missing and there was tracking numbers on both of these. This is a very dodgy post office. The people who work here cannot be trusted. They will set your package in a place that gets forgotten and not with the packages where it’s supposed to be when you go to pick up something and then they’ll say that they never had it and they won’t look for it or anything like that and then somebody will take it so this is something to worry about at this post office because there seems to be poor management.

I have PO Box and I recieved an email notification that I was going to get mail today in my box. The mail I was receiving i confirmed that the letter was mailed out by the business. I go to the post office, and checked my mail, and there was nothing. This mail I was to recieve is important. I went to the counter to ask, if the PO Box mail was completed for the day, and the clerk says, "yes." I then ask well why did I get an email notification that I was receiving mail today. The clerk responds, "the online delivery system, is not accurate." I ask if he could go double check the bins, and he didn't want to go, but then I said again, "why did I recieve an email confirmation on mail delivery. He then say's, "the system is not accurate." I felt at that point he didn't want to help me, and was looking to argue. Finally, he said he would go look, but all he did was go look at my PO Box to tell me nothing was there. I asked, "did you look at my PO Box?" and he didn't respond. How lazy, unfriendly, and not very customer oriented this post office is here in town.
