- SGSeanna GhiorsoDec 30, 20251.0I had the worst experience with this location today. I have never been treated so poorly by associates at a business in my life. They were extremely rude and impolite. I had a question about being able to return two different shipments in the same box and so I didn’t tape the box up in case they wouldn’t allow me to do that. I walked about and started said “hi” and the gal immediately without saying anything else and in a very annoyed and rude voice told me that the box needed to be tapped. I obviously knew it needed to be taped, but I had a question before I could tape it. I tried asking my question and she ignored me and repeated what she said again. I tried again to ask my questions and she just kept repeating that the box needed to be taped shut. Finally I gave up on asking my question and decided to just risk it and hope I could send both shipments back in the same box because the gal was acting like a robot with only one automated response. She then explained that I would need to purchase an entire roll of tape if in order to tape my box closed. Unlike every other place I’ve gone to return packages or ship items, they would not provide me with a single piece of tape to use. She made me leave the line to grab the tape and use it to close the box. By that time there were other people entering so I grabbed the tape and started trying to peel it open to use it. I have an 18 month old son who was enamored by the Christmas tree in the store so I was standing by him while trying to open the tape and a couple other people entered the store and were waiting behind me without me noticing. Another employee walked up and raised his voice at me to tell me very rudely that I was holding up the line and needed to move. When I finally got to the front with the tapped package I said “hi” again even though he was quite rude to me and he ignores the greeting and just says “you need to take that sticker off the package”. Again, all harsh tones, no kindness or grace for a mom trying to do this while monitoring an 18 month old. At the end when I paid for the whole roll of tape just to use the one piece there was a screen that asked me how my experience was that day. I’ve never left a dissatisfied review on one of those things in my life but I was so baffled and flustered by the rudeness of both employees that I was ready to click on the least satisfied option when the employee decided to select the “satisfied” option himself! Both these employees were extremely rude and should not be working any kind of job that involves customer service whatsoever. I was almost in tears by the end because of how harsh and mean they both were.

My package they said the delivery location was unable to be accessed. There was no snow and the lockers were pretty much empty (checked with my complex). They just don’t care.
