I am traveling thru the area usually twice a week I've sent stuff from the ups on fourth street with no problem. It was uncalled for to be treated that way. I feel like I was being discriminated on by the people in store. I dont recommend this store at all. Do better UPS!!!

- CMChristina MNov 1, 20251.0The new owners have completely destroyed this place, not that they care since it was bought out by a corporation. I brought documents in repeatedly, they would tell me everything is good, and then call me back and tell me it wasn’t good enough and I needed something different. So, now my PO Box is closed. One of the times I brought in documents, they said they lost all the ones I gave them the day before. They took what I was giving to them that day and shoved everything in some random binder that was overflowing with loose paperwork and said they would figure it out later. If you’re going to change the system and ruin everything at least have a better system than a bunch of binders with loose paperwork and no accountability. That paperwork you are just leaving around is peoples’ private, personal information.
