A guy named Tyler with threatening tone that my package was going to cost more because of the different way that it was packaged. I said I had no issues with it before. He said "Well this time, I'll let it side" with an arrogant tone. He sounded like he owned the place and didn't want my business. Don't go to this store if he is there. Go to the one on fourth st. They're very friendly there as with other stores.

While trying to find a solution from over a thousand miles away, the UPS Store team (specifically Tyler and Loren!) served as my absolute rock in the situation. Their level of communication and compassion was something I would only expect from the closest family or friends. Thanks to their efforts, I avoided what would no doubt have been a financial and medical disaster. Thank you to Tyler, Loren, and the entire UPS team at 2700 S Woodlands!!!
