They looked it up & confirmed it was there, asked me what paper & said it would be done the following morning. The next day I called at noon & spoke to the young man in the print shop. He found the emailed order but it hadn’t been started. He assured me it would be done by end of day. Went in to pick it up & they couldn’t find it. Resent and they found it. These were needed by end of day for an early morning event the following day. I have had severe pieces printed here, but I will never trust them again.
