- RMR&R Adventures and more!Feb 23, 20265.0Due to a snowstorm, I was unable to go into the store to explain what I needed for my print job, but, because it was time sensitive, I had no choice but to place my order online. When I was trying to complete my order I wasn't quite sure I could verify that my print job was going to be exactly what I needed so I decided to call the local store directly to make 100% sure I was doing the order correctly. The person I spoke with was incredibly patient and kind and walked me through, step by step, online. She came to the same conclusion I did, that we couldn't verify I would receive the print I needed through online ordering so, she had me email her the PDF of the document, and helped place the order for me, just like it would have been had I been able to go into the store myself. I could explain, to a human, exactly what I was looking to have as my end product, and knew it was understood. Being able to explain and talk to a person and know they understand and can, and are willing to help you is immeasurable! Basic Customer Service, by and large, is not easy to come by, in today's world. Coming across people who actually go above and beyond is a rare diamond! The print job was important and left no room for error, and it ended up being precisely as I had hoped. I am so thankful that there are businesses that still value the customer experience and have people who genuinely care.
