  They gave me a delivery window of 1-3pm and said that I had to physically be home in person to sign for this package, at 4pm they changed it to “arriving before 10pm” and refused to give me an actual estimated time. Thanks for wasting my entire day.

  They are constantly damaging and delaying packages. Never have problems with other shipping companies but this year alone 4 different packages have been damaged or delayed delivery.
