- TNTiffany NormanFeb 13, 20261.0Since nobody will answer the phones and deal with the issue Along with the carrier just driving off when we walk out. I work for MHO hotel, we were writing on the envelope of return to sender no longer at this address. we got left a note from the carrier lady. we were told to stop writing on the envelopes to leave it in the box and she will get it the next day. it has been over a week. she will not take back the mail, nor stay to listen as we try to flag her down in the parking lot since she drives super fast out of it. I will again continue to write on the envelopes since its the only way to continue to get her attention. I have tried multiple times to call the local post office and customer service but nobody seems to answer the phones.

I live way about 5 hours away so therefore I cannot just "make a trip" all the way there. I cant get ahold of anyone. This is not customer sercive. This is unacceptable service. I'll be letting the USPS know of how one of how their locations is "helping" people.
